It is completely normal that your period hasn't started yet. After finishing Deviry (medroxyprogesterone acetate), it typically takes 3 to 7 days?and sometimes up to 14 days?for your bleed to begin. Since it has only been four days, your body is still adjusting to the hormone drop. Because you have PCOS and an underactive thyroid, your body may just need a little extra time. If your period does not arrive within 10 to 14 days, please reach out to your healthcare provider for guidance.
