Use the Dewax ear drops as advised by your doctor, usually by putting the prescribed number of drops into the affected ear while lying on your side, and staying in that position for about 10 minutes so the drops can soften the wax. The blockage usually clears within a few days as the wax softens and comes out naturally. If the ear remains blocked after a week or you develop pain, please see your doctor again.
