At day 13, we must be cautious. Please consult a doctor immediately to review his medications. Both Dexolab and Dexona contain dexamethasone (a strong steroid); taking both together or using them for mild COVID-19 without strict medical supervision can be unsafe. Ivermectin is also no longer standard. He can safely recover at home if his oxygen levels (SpO2) remain at 94% or above and he breathes comfortably. Please monitor his oxygen levels and temperature regularly, keep him hydrated, and use paracetamol (found in Sinarest) for fever under medical guidance. Seek immediate hospital care if his oxygen drops below 94%.
