Ongoing insomnia with a racing mind despite taking Dothip-25 may mean the dose is not sufficient, the medicine is not suitable, or the cause is anxiety/stress that needs additional treatment. Her BP medicine Amtas-AT is unlikely to be the main reason. She may benefit from reassessment by a doctor for dose adjustment or a different sleep/anxiety medication, along with non-drug measures like fixed sleep timing, avoiding screens before bed, relaxation techniques, and reducing caffeine. If sleep is still poor, consult a psychiatrist or sleep specialist for better management.
