I have had oily skin with pus-filled acne and pimples on my face for the past year, along with scalp acne for the last six months. I am using face wash and anti-acne creams prescribed by an allopathic doctor. Are there any effective homoeopathic or Ayurvedic medicines for a permanent cure? I also had slight blood in my stool for one week, which has now stopped, but I still have mild pain during bowel movements. What could be causing this?
Oily skin with pus-filled acne (pimples) on the face and scalp is usually caused by excess oil production, blocked pores, bacterial infection, hormonal imbalance, stress, or diet. Acne often takes time to improve and may need regular treatment for several months. The face wash and anti-acne creams prescribed by your doctor can help control the condition if used consistently. Homoeopathic and Ayurvedic medicines may help some people, but there is no guaranteed permanent cure for acne. Avoid changing treatments frequently without medical advice, as this may worsen the skin or cause scarring. Wash your face gently twice daily, avoid squeezing pimples, reduce intake of oily and sugary foods, drink enough water, and keep your scalp clean. If acne is severe or leaves marks, consult a dermatologist for additional treatment. The slight blood in your stool with pain during bowel movements is commonly due to a small anal fissure or piles, often caused by constipation or hard stools. Since the bleeding has stopped, it may not be serious, but persistent pain, repeated bleeding, or constipation should be checked by a doctor.
