I've had stomach pain for two weeks. I've taken Rcifax, Darolac, DVN Plus, and Ond. These medications are effective, but the pain returns when I stop taking them. Both my USG and blood test results are normal. Please give me some advice.

Persistent stomach pain despite normal tests is often due to functional problems like Irritable bowel syndrome or acid-related issues like Gastritis. Medicines like Rifaximin, Darolac, and Ondansetron may give temporary relief, but long-term control needs diet changes (avoid spicy, irregular meals), stress management, and sometimes acid-reducing medicines. Since pain returns after stopping treatment, consult a gastroenterologist for a structured plan rather than repeated short courses.
