Since your baby is still vomiting and showing weakness, she is likely unable to retain her oral medications and is at risk of dehydration. The immediate next step is to have her re-evaluated by your pediatrician or visit an emergency clinic. She may require intravenous (IV) fluids to safely restore hydration and receive medications directly to stop the vomiting. In the meantime, try offering very small, frequent sips (a teaspoonful every few minutes) of Oral Rehydration Salts (ORS) rather than large volumes. Please seek prompt medical attention so she can be assessed and rehydrated quickly.
