I was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder six years ago and am currently taking Escitalopram 20 mg and Clonazepam 0.5 mg. Your cognitive symptoms (poor concentration, memory loss) are likely linked to long-term Clonazepam use, which is typically not recommended for multi-year treatment. Loss of libido and enthusiasm are common side effects of Escitalopram. To minimize these side effects, your psychiatrist might recommend gradually and safely tapering off Clonazepam.
