I have had high uric acid for the past 2 months, and earlier I took Zyloric and Etoricoxib. Now I am on Febugood 40 and got relief, but the pain has started again. What should I do now?
Uric acid pain returning after initial relief often means the levels are still fluctuating or the condition is not fully controlled yet. Keep taking your current medicine exactly as advised and avoid stopping or changing it on your own, and drink plenty of water throughout the day to help flush uric acid. Follow a simple diet by limiting red meat, organ meats, alcohol, and sugary drinks, and keep meals light and regular to reduce strain on your body. Gentle movement can help, but avoid heavy activity during pain. Try to note any triggers, like certain foods or missed doses. If the pain is frequent or worsening, consult your doctor to review your treatment and adjust it for better control.
