I have missed my periods for four months, and an ultrasound showed signs of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) with a ring-like pattern of small fluid-filled sacs on my ovaries. Since my blood tests were normal except for low vitamin B12, are Ferium XT (taken once daily) and Talia D3 (taken once weekly) the right treatments to manage my PCOS, or should I get a second opinion from another gynecologist?
