What are my chances at age 36 of conceiving naturally and carrying a healthy baby to full term given my history of three pregnancy losses (one from the placenta attaching too deeply to the womb, one at three months, and one very early loss), an abnormally shaped (T-shaped) womb, non-cancerous growths (fibroids) on the outside of my womb, and an underactive thyroid currently treated with Eltroxin, and how should I monitor and manage my thyroid levels while also taking Folvite and Duphaston?
At 36, conceiving naturally is very possible. While your T-shaped womb and history of placental attachment issues require close, high-risk obstetric monitoring, the fibroids on the outside of your womb shouldn't interfere. For your thyroid, monitor TSH levels every 4 to 6 weeks, especially once pregnant, to adjust your Eltroxin. Crucially, take Eltroxin on an empty stomach and separate it from Folvite by at least four hours, as vitamins can decrease its absorption. Continue Duphaston as directed by your doctor.
