MRI cervical reveals pain in the neck, shoulder, and scapula regions, as well as disc degeneration in the C 5,67 region. I'm using Gabapen NT, but the mild to severe discomfort is still present. Please suggest.

Even while using Gabapen NT, your MRI indicates cervical spondylosis at C5?C7, which can cause pain in the neck, shoulders, and scapula. You should add regular physiotherapy, neck-strengthening exercises, right posture (particularly while using a phone or laptop), and use a suitable pillow because medications alone might not be able to completely treat it. Short-term painkillers and warm compresses might also be beneficial. If your pain doesn't go away or gets worse, talk to your doctor about changing your medication or considering other options like injections or additional testing.
