I have shoulder ache that travels from my neck to my hands. I saw a doctor about this issue two years ago. He suggested that I have an MRI, so I did. This is the report from my MRI.

Pain traveling from the neck to the shoulder and hand usually suggests nerve compression from the cervical spine, such as Cervical spondylosis or a disc problem. This can cause radiating pain, tingling, or weakness. Management includes good posture, avoiding long screen time, neck exercises/physiotherapy, and pain relief like Paracetamol or other medicines if prescribed. Since your MRI was done earlier and symptoms persist, it?s best to consult a doctor again to review the report and update treatment.
