The fourth month of pregnancy is almost here. I started experiencing chest and throat pain after consuming cold beverages and unhealthy food the previous day. What could I do to alleviate this pain?

Acidity, indigestion, or throat irritation are common causes of chest and throat pain during the fourth month of pregnancy following cold beverages or unhealthy eating. For a few days, stay away from cold, oily, and spicy foods, drink warm water, eat light, soft foods from home, and avoid lying down right after eating. Frequent little meals may lessen discomfort and burning. Gargling with warm salt water might relieve sore throats. During pregnancy, never take medication without first consulting your gynaecologist. If you experience severe chest discomfort, difficulty breathing, fever, vomiting, or other symptoms that persist or get worse, please get medical help.
