I have dryness and scaling on my hands, diagnosed with eczema. I was cured using Halox S, but it keeps reappearing. What should I do?
Eczema often comes back if only steroid creams like Halox S are used, because they treat the flare but not the underlying dryness. Use Halox S only for short periods (5 to 7 days) during severe flares, then stop. For long-term control, apply a thick moisturiser several times daily, avoid harsh soaps and detergents, and use gloves for wet work. If it keeps recurring, see a dermatologist for safer maintenance treatments and to adjust your care plan.
