I have an IBS issue, sir. I'm now taking Happi D in the morning, Enbios after lunch, and Robert 25 at night. Please advise. Happi is currently receiving treatment in the morning. Robert 25 at night and Enbios after noon, please.
The medications you mentioned are frequently used to help manage acidity, gut health, and bowel symptoms associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), which can cause stomach pain, bloating, gas, constipation, or loose movements. Keep taking them exactly as directed by your physician, eat regular, light meals, drink plenty of water, stay away from processed, greasy, and extremely spicy foods, and attempt to lower your stress levels because stress can exacerbate IBS symptoms. If you are constipated, gradually add fibre to your diet. See your gastroenterologist once more for a review and additional advice if you experience significant discomfort, blood in your stools, weight loss, fever, or increasing symptoms.
