White, hard, and indigestible penile discharge
White discharge from the penis may occasionally represent pre-ejaculatory fluid or normal semen, but it may indicate an infection or inflammation if it is thick, hard, foul-smelling, painful, or accompanied with burning urine, itching, swelling, or fever. Abnormal discharge can also be caused by urinary tract infections, prostate-related issues, or sexually transmitted illnesses. Avoid unprotected sexual contact until you are examined, drink plenty of water, and practice good genital hygiene. For an appropriate examination and testing, please see a physician or urologist, particularly if the discharge is unpleasant or persistent.
