I have severe migraines with two attacks a week. Only Headset Tablet provides temporary relief, but the pain is intense on the right side, starting from my eyebrow. I cannot tolerate light or noise, and only complete silence helps. I have tried Migarex Tablet, Restyl 0.5 mg Tablet, Flunarin 10 Tablet, and Dayo OD 500 Tablet without improvement. Please suggest a permanent solution.
You may have chronic migraine, and your current medications may not be sufficient to treat it. You should consult your doctor about advanced treatment options, such as Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA) injections or CGRP-targeted monoclonal antibodies (Erenumab or Fremanezumab). These treatments are specifically designed for chronic migraine sufferers to significantly reduce the frequency and intensity of attacks when standard medications fail.
