Brilinta 90 mg Tablet (Ticagrelor) may cause side effects such as easy bruising or bleeding, nosebleeds, shortness of breath, cough, back pain, swelling of the feet or ankles, low blood pressure, dizziness, nausea, or diarrhoea.
