You should not change or combine diabetes medicines on your own, as taking multiple drugs with overlapping effects may cause low blood sugar or other complications. Please consult your doctor, who may adjust the dose or consider adding or switching to another diabetes medicine, such as an SGLT2 inhibitor, a DPP-4 inhibitor, or insulin, based on your blood sugar levels and overall health.
