No, the Freestyle Libre Reader (Flash Glucose Monitoring System, 1 Count) is designed for the original Freestyle Libre sensors and is not compatible with Freestyle Libre 2 or Libre 2 Plus sensors. To use a Libre 2 Plus sensor, you will need the Freestyle Libre 2 Reader or a smartphone with the official LibreLink app, which is approved by Abbott for these sensors. The older reader will not read glucose data from a Libre 2 Plus sensor.
