I have DM2 and hypertension, taking Triglynase 2, Glipijub, Polytorva-5, Aciloc RD, Amlodac, and Neurobion Forte. Can you suggest a diet chart, daily calorie schedule, and workout plan?
Since you have type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure, controlling your diet and lifestyle along with medicines is very important. Aim for a balanced diet with small, regular meals, focusing on vegetables, dal, whole grains in limited portions, curd, nuts, and lean proteins like eggs or paneer, while avoiding sugar, sweets, fried foods, excess rice, and salty or processed foods. Do at least 30 to 45 minutes of daily exercise, such as brisk walking, add light yoga or strength exercises a few days a week, reduce stress, and get adequate sleep. Take your medicines regularly and check your blood sugar, blood pressure, and HbA1c as advised by your doctor before making any changes.
