  5. I have had Meniere's disease since 2004 and have tried various treatments without any benefit. I am currently taking Cognix Plus Tablet and Nexito 10 mg Tablet. When I stopped these medicines in the past, the problem returned, and I began to feel giddiness, nervousness, and a feeling of fear or anxiety. Please advise me on a suitable homoeopathic medicine so that I can discontinue the allopathic medicines, which are now causing side effects.
