In many cases, taking Hifenac SR Tablet (Aceclofenac) may help reduce pain and inflammation if it has been prescribed by your doctor and you do not have conditions such as stomach ulcers, kidney disease, severe acidity, or an allergy to pain-relieving medicines. You should take the tablet after food to reduce stomach upset and avoid taking more than the recommended dose. Applying an ice pack to the knee for 10 to 15 minutes a few times daily and avoiding heavy activity for a short period may also help relieve discomfort.
