If my last period started on February 27 and I had unprotected sex on March 14 but took an i-pill within 10 hours, is there still a chance I could get pregnant, and should I take a pregnancy test?

Taking it within 10 hours makes it highly effective at preventing pregnancy. However, because no emergency contraceptive is 100% effective and March 14 was close to your fertile window, a very small risk remains. To be sure, I recommend taking a home pregnancy test if your period is delayed by more than a week, or three weeks after the intercourse (around April 4th) for an accurate result. Keep in mind that the emergency pill can naturally delay or alter your next period.
