Isotroin (isotretinoin) typically requires four to six months?and sometimes longer?to fully clear acne, so having a few pimples now is normal. Also, dark spots take much longer to fade than active acne, and skin-peeling treatments need time to show results. Please do not stop taking your Isotroin suddenly. I highly recommend discussing your progress with your dermatologist, who can evaluate if you need a dose adjustment or a modified peeling schedule.
