I am having hair loss and started using Keratone oil and Keraglo tablets. Will these help improve my hair growth and reduce hair fall?
Hair fall can improve gradually if the main cause is nutritional weakness, stress, mild deficiency, or scalp-related irritation. Keraglo tablets are commonly used as nutritional support for hair because they contain vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and biotin that may help strengthen weak hair roots over time. Keratone oil may help condition the scalp and reduce dryness, but oils alone usually do not stop significant hair loss if there is an underlying scalp or hormonal problem. Hair growth is normally slow, so visible improvement may take a few months of regular use. Better sleep, protein-rich food, iron, vitamin levels, stress control, and proper scalp care also play a major role in recovery. Excess dandruff, itching, rapid thinning, or hair breakage can reduce the effectiveness of supplements if the scalp problem is not properly treated. If hair fall continues to be heavy despite treatment, a thorough evaluation may be needed, as thyroid imbalance, anaemia, hormonal changes, nutritional deficiencies, or hereditary hair loss can also contribute to thinning hair.
