I have a cold, runny nose, aching throat, and sneezing. Not a fever.

The most likely cause of your symptoms is an allergy or a common viral cold. For sore throats, take plenty of rest, drink warm water and soups, inhale steam, and gargle with warm salt water. Steer clear of smoke, dust, and cold beverages. With rest and drinks, sneezing and runny noses typically go away in a few days. If you experience headaches or body aches, paracetamol could be helpful. See a doctor if your symptoms worsen, persist longer than a week, or you experience fever, difficulty breathing, or thick mucus.
