I have been sneezing regularly, and I also notice some pink and white spots inside my nose, and even after taking Levomont as advised by a local doctor, it is only partially better and not fully resolved. What else can be done to manage this properly?

Sneezing again and again with some pink and white patches inside the nose usually suggests the nasal lining is irritated or inflamed. This often happens with allergies from dust, pollution, weather change, or even repeated colds, where the inside of the nose becomes dry and swollen. Sometimes the tissue looks patchy because of ongoing inflammation, and that is why symptoms may not fully settle even after starting a medicine like Levomont. When exposure to triggers continues, improvement tends to be slow. Keeping the nose moist with saline drops can reduce dryness and discomfort. Steam inhalation may also ease blockage and help the lining heal better. It is also important to avoid smoke, dust, strong smells, and cold air as much as possible, since these can keep restarting the irritation. Medicines/treatment should be taken only if advised or prescribed by your doctor. If the spots are increasing, there is bleeding, pain, or sneezing that is not improving at all, an ENT check is a better step to understand the exact cause and adjust treatment properly.
