Long-standing allergic rhinitis can keep causing watery nose, sneezing, throat irritation, and watery eyes when the body remains sensitive to triggers like dust, weather changes, pollen, smoke, perfumes, or pet exposure. Sometimes symptoms continue even while taking regular treatment if the trigger is not fully controlled or if there is chronic sinus irritation.
