Not having black stools is completely normal and does not mean your body isn't absorbing the iron from your Livogen-Z. In fact, it often means your body is absorbing the iron very efficiently. Regarding your scheduling, calcium can interfere with iron absorption. To ensure you get the full benefit of both, please take your iron and calcium supplements at least two hours apart. For example, you can take your Livogen-Z in the morning and your calcium supplement in the afternoon or evening.
