I have a recurring, mildly painful lump on my neck, and two doctors have prescribed different treatments?one giving Lizolid, Signoflam, and Torkast for a suspected skin cyst, and the other giving Azithromycin and Torkast along with a needle test (FNAC); given my severe allergies and fear that a needle biopsy might make the swelling worse, is this needle test safe and necessary, and which medication plan is right for me?
