I have been suffering from severe hair fall and itchy dandruff patches for years, and Logidruf shampoo and lotion did not work for me. What other medicines or medicated shampoos can you recommend?

Long-term itchy dandruff patches with hair fall may be due to seborrheic dermatitis, fungal infection, psoriasis, or scalp inflammation. If Logidruf products did not help, you may need a different medicated shampoo such as ketoconazole, selenium sulfide, zinc pyrithione, or coal tar shampoo, depending on the exact scalp condition. These are usually used two to three times weekly while keeping the scalp clean and dry. Hair fall can also worsen due to stress, poor nutrition, anaemia, thyroid problems, or vitamin deficiencies, so blood tests may be useful if hair loss is severe. Avoid excessive oiling, scratching, or frequent chemical treatments on the scalp. A dermatologist can examine your scalp closely and prescribe stronger medicines if needed, especially if there are thick patches, redness, or infection.
