Lubic Jelly is a medical lubricant, not a sexual product. If the purpose is sexual activity, it’s safer to use a lubricant specifically designed for that use, since those are tested for comfort, tissue safety, and condom compatibility.

Severe pain and tightness during intercourse (dyspareunia) can stem from vaginismus, pelvic floor tension, infections, or vaginal dryness. For immediate comfort, try a high-quality, water-based lubricant (like K-Y Jelly or Astroglide) or a longer-lasting silicone lubricant. Avoid scented products to prevent irritation. Because the pain is severe, lubricants may only provide temporary relief. I highly recommend consulting a gynaecologist to identify the root cause. Depending on the diagnosis, they may prescribe localised oestrogen creams, suggest pelvic floor physical therapy, or recommend using vaginal dilators to gradually help your muscles relax. Please avoid pushing through severe pain.
