My cholesterol level is high. I take Mactor F and walk in the morning, but am not seeing better results.
Even with medication and exercise, high cholesterol may take some time to improve, particularly if diet is poorly managed. Increase fruits, vegetables, oats, and almonds while decreasing fried foods, sweets, baked goods, and red meat. Regularly take Mactor F at night, and if your levels stay elevated, talk to your doctor about your food, dosage, and lipid report.
