The pain in the left upper abdomen (hypochondrium) may be due to gastric problems, muscle pain, spleen-related issues, or sometimes side effects of blood-thinning medicines commonly prescribed after angioplasty. Please consult your doctor or cardiologist to investigate the cause of your pain and the previous bleeding episode. Do not stop any prescribed medicines on your own. If the pain becomes severe, you feel dizzy, or bleeding happens again, seek immediate medical care.

Severe knee pain with an inability to move the joint may indicate a serious injury, such as a fracture, ligament tear, dislocation, or infection. You should rest the knee, apply a cold pack for 20 minutes every few hours, and keep the leg elevated to reduce swelling. Do not put any weight on the leg or try to force movement, as this may worsen the injury. You may take over-the-counter pain relievers, such as paracetamol, for temporary relief, but it is best to see your doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment to prevent further damage.
