Have type 2 diabetic for the last 20 years within safe range , managed it in safe range due to diet control with so many precauction self restrictions and occasional intake of vitamins, HbA1c below 6%. Can I have minerals, protein and vitamin to cover deficiency of required due to limited set diet chart being maintained to have healthy body and no diabetic complications, please guide.
