My blood sugar levels are uncontrolled (fasting 110?115 mg/dL and post-lunch 160?190 mg/dL), my blood pressure is 135/85 mmHg, and my kidney creatinine is high at 4.5 mg/dL. I am currently taking Zoryl 2 mg (three times a day) for diabetes, Minipress XL 5 mg and Met XL 50 mg (morning and night) for blood pressure, and Sobisis Forte for my kidney condition. Is this combination of medications safe and effective for my current kidney function, and how can I better manage my blood sugar and kidney health?
