My father tested positive for COVID-19 15 days ago, completed a course of Azithromycin, and is currently taking Mucinac 600, Broclear, Ecosprin, Dolo, and Prednisolone 10mg (he was already taking Prednisolone 5mg and Azoran for an inflammatory lung condition); since his congestion has cleared, he feels better, and his oxygen levels have remained healthy (above 96%), but his PCR Covid test is still positive with a CT value of 20, does he need to start a new medication like Favipiravir, or is he simply in the recovery phase and will continue to improve on his own?
