Keep the wound clean and dry, continue using Nebasulf, and cover it with a sterile dressing daily. Watch for redness, swelling, or pus. If these appear, you may need antibiotics and should see a doctor.

Nebasulf and Cipladine are not the same. Nebasulf contains antibiotics (neomycin and bacitracin), while Cipladine contains povidone-iodine. For navel healing after cord removal, follow your doctor's advice and use Nebasulf as prescribed.
