For the last 4 days, I’ve been having irritation and a burning sensation when I urinate, especially when urine starts coming out. I also notice a bad smell after using the toilet and sweating a lot around the groin area. I work from home and sit for around 10 hours daily with very little physical activity. I drink around 3 liters of water a day. I wear underwear all day and night, and my body tends to sweat heavily. My weight is about 78 kg and height is 5'10". I masturbate around 4-6 times a month. I want to check whether this is a urine infection, skin/fungal issue, or something else.
