It may be due to gut irritation, mild infection, or something you ate. Keep hydrated, avoid spicy/oily foods, and take ORS. A probiotic can also help. If symptoms last beyond 2-3 more days or you develop fever, dehydration, or worsening pain, see a doctor.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing an upset stomach with frequent toilet visits for several days. This can be uncomfortable and concerning.

Frequent bowel movements without loose stools over a few days might be caused by various factors such as infections, mild inflammation, or dietary issues. Since this has lasted for three days and involves multiple daily trips to the toilet, it is important to monitor for other symptoms like fever, severe abdominal pain, dehydration, or blood in stools.

Here are some general suggestions:

  • Stay well hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids like water or oral rehydration solutions.
  • Avoid spicy, fatty, or heavy foods until symptoms improve.
  • Rest as much as possible.

However, because your symptoms have persisted and involve frequent bowel movements, I strongly recommend consulting a gastroenterologist (a specialist in digestive system disorders) for a thorough evaluation. They can determine the cause and recommend appropriate treatment, which may include medications or further tests.

If you develop worsening symptoms such as high fever, severe pain, or signs of dehydration, seek urgent medical care immediately.

Please make an appointment with a gastroenterologist to get personalized care and relief. To narrow down potential causes, we will need some more information.I understand you're having an upset stomach and frequent bowel movements. To help me understand better, could you please tell me your age and gender?

Your current situation, such as not passing stool for 3 days, hardened stool on X-ray, and recurring pain, can happen when medicines used to stop loose motions slow down the gut too much. Passing gas is a positive sign that the bowel is still moving, but the hardened stool can still cause discomfort and pain. This usually improves with proper hydration, diet, and medical treatment. However, since you are still having repeated pain, it is important to stay in touch with your doctor for close monitoring to make sure there is no blockage or other complications.
