You have likely got acute diarrhea, and 11 motions is significant. Keep sipping ORS, avoid heavy foods, and don't take more Eldoper if motions are very frequent or you have fever/blood in stool. If symptoms don't settle in a few hours or you feel weak/dizzy, get medical care.
