Novex (ormeloxifene) is commonly used for contraception or heavy bleeding, and a very frequent side effect is delayed or missed periods (amenorrhea). Since your pregnancy tests are negative, the lack of a period is likely due to the Novex itself. Please do not self-medicate with over-the-counter drugs to induce your period. You should consult your gynecologist. They will evaluate your uterine lining and may prescribe a specific hormone therapy (such as a short course of progesterone) to safely trigger a withdrawal bleed, or they may adjust your current prescription.
