Nuzorb XT Tablet should be taken exactly as prescribed by your doctor or according to the instructions on the product label. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water, and do not crush, chew, or break it unless your doctor advises otherwise. It is preferably taken after food to reduce the chance of stomach upset and support better digestion. Try to take it at the same time each day to help you remember your dose. Do not take more than the recommended amount, as this will not improve its effectiveness and may increase the risk of side effects. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is almost time for your next dose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have kidney or liver problems, or are taking other medicines, consult your doctor before using this supplement.
