Weakness and muscle pain may be side effects of Olmin 40 Tablet (Olmesartan medoxomil) or due to other underlying causes, such as low blood pressure, dehydration, or electrolyte imbalance. Do not switch to Olmin 40-H Tablet on your own, as it contains a diuretic (hydrochlorothiazide) that may further affect your salt levels and blood pressure.
