You should not change your dose on your own. Olvance H20 and H40 have different strengths, and splitting or switching tablets without a doctor's advice can be unsafe and affect your blood pressure control. Continue your prescribed dose and talk to your doctor if you feel your current medicine is not controlling your BP well; they can safely adjust the dose if needed.
