Medication for neck discomfort, particularly NSAIDs and muscle relaxants, might irritate the stomach and result in pain or vomiting. For the time being, stop taking the medication, eat light meals and drink plenty of water, and visit a doctor right away if your symptoms increase, continue, or cause severe pain or blood in your vomit.

Recurrent vomiting combined with lower abdomen discomfort can be dangerous, so you should get medical help right away, especially if the pain is getting worse or doesn't go away. For the time being, avoid eating, drink water if you can, and visit the closest emergency room to be assessed.
