I was prescribed orotate 3D and evion LC, both at afternoon after lunch and Livogen XT at night. I'm not sure if the pharmacist prescribed the timing right for the medicines during lunch. Should I have Evion LC in the morning since it'll help with my muscle cramps?
Evion LC can generally be taken in the morning or afternoon after food, so taking it in the morning is usually fine if it helps you feel better with muscle cramps. Orotate 3D is also commonly taken after meals, often after lunch. Livogen XT is usually preferred at night or between meals for better iron absorption, although taking it after food may reduce stomach upset. Avoid taking iron tablets together with calcium, tea, or coffee, as they can reduce iron absorption. If muscle cramps continue despite these supplements, you should consult your doctor to check calcium, vitamin D, magnesium, or anemia levels.
