I have a skin allergy on my elbow folds, knee folds, and below my eyes. What medicine or cream should I use?

These symptoms (rash in the elbow/knee folds and under the eyes) strongly suggest eczema (atopic dermatitis). For the body folds, a mild over-the-counter 1% hydrocortisone cream can be applied twice daily for a few days to reduce inflammation. However, because the skin under your eyes is extremely thin and sensitive, you must avoid putting strong steroid creams there. Instead, keep the eye area hydrated with a gentle, fragrance-free moisturiser like Cetaphil or Cerave. I highly recommend consulting a dermatologist, who may prescribe a safe, non-steroidal cream (like pimecrolimus or tacrolimus) specifically for the sensitive skin around your eyes.
